About The Position

Our expert team partners with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living centers, and long-term acute care hospitals across the country—bringing life-changing treatment to patients while reducing hospital readmissions. We’re seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA-C) who’s passionate about clinical excellence, driven by purpose, and ready to lead healing in the field.
Requirements
- Valid Physician Assistant License (state-specific)
- NCCPA Board Certification
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel consistently
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care
- Certification in wound care (CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN)
- Preferably licensed in Pennsylvania in addition to New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations of acute and chronic wounds.
- Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Apply advanced techniques like debridement, dressing selection, infection management, and skin grafting.
- Coordinate closely with facility staff, physicians, and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide ongoing updates and clinical insights to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain a consistent schedule traveling to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities.
- Deliver timely and effective care with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion.
