About The Position

TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for their Eastvale clinic. This multi-specialty medical group provides services in internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. The clinic boasts a collaborative team of 25 providers across 8 locations, offering a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced providers to serve underserved communities in Southern California. The role involves building a strong foundation in primary care/urgent care and gaining hands-on experience with common procedures. Weekly provider meetings with the Medical Director facilitate feedback, case discussions, and sharing of clinical research. Clinical support is available from a team of 6 MDs, each with over 30 years of experience, either in-person or via phone during all shifts.

Requirements

  • Full-time Physician Assistant.
  • Ability to provide care to underserved communities.
  • Willingness to build a foundation in primary care/urgent care.
  • Spanish or Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred due to patient demographics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent care and primary care to a diverse patient population across all age groups and backgrounds.
  • Gain hands-on experience with common procedures.
  • Participate in weekly provider meetings for feedback, case discussions, and clinical research updates.
  • Collaborate with a strong clinical support staff and a team-based coverage model.
  • Work three weekday shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) and one weekend shift every other week (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
