About The Position

KidsStreet Urgent Care is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team in Greenville, NC. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-volume urgent care environment. The PA will serve as a leader for a small team and provide care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. Services include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The company emphasizes utilizing the full scope of practice and offers extensive support, including orientation, training shifts, a pediatric urgent care course, and an on-call provider for clinical decision-making. The position also supports rural communities with limited access to care and offers potential for tuition or student loan reimbursement grants. Requirements

Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
MSN, or higher education required.
Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.
DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified (company covers the cost).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Care for every patient who comes through the door within your scope of practice.
Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues.
Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal and foreign object removal.
Suture and splint.
Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management.
Review x-rays (to be over-read by a Radiologist).
Handle general dermatology and general eye problems.
Perform general EKG interpretations.
Utilize emergency management skills.
Possess general GYN expertise.
Treat children of all ages.
Provide occupational medicine services.
Conduct telemedicine appointments.
