About The Position

Inspire Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to serve as a lead PA, on the Surgical ICU service, including serving as a teacher and mentor for residents, students and other PA’s that serves the growing population of Fresno, CA at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC). CRMC is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the Central Valley of California, serving a large and diverse patient population. CRMC is a teaching institution affiliated with UCSF Fresno’s surgical residency program, making it an ideal environment for collaborative learning opportunities and professional development. The PA will have at least 3 plus years of Intensive Care unit Experience. They will participate in the initial assessment and stabilization of ICU patients as well as performing daily rounds on admitted patients. Procedures performed include tube thoracostomy, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and wound management. This position is based in Fresno, California – a city with a quality of life that is uniquely Californian, yet affordable.
