About The Position

Under the direction of a physician, provides clinical patient care such as taking medical histories, performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and x-rays, making preliminary diagnoses, and treating minor injuries. Works in a Physician Practice / Office Environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Certification from the National Commission on Certifications of Physician’s Assistants
• CPR certification
• Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment

Nice To Haves

• Previous office or clinical experience
• ACLS certification
