About The Position
Charleston ENT & Allergy (CENTA) is seeking ambitious, caring, and innovative Physician Assistants (PAs) to join their growing team. Founded in 1997, CENTA is the largest private ENT & Allergy practice in South Carolina, with 28 providers. The practice includes an ambulatory surgery center, on-site compounding pharmacy, CT imaging, audiology, allergy/asthma/contact dermatitis testing, and immunotherapy services. Advanced Practice Providers are vital members of the CENTA family. The new ENT Clinic APP responsibilities include evaluating new and established adult and pediatric patients, and treating them based on medical history, physical examination, radiological, laboratory, and other diagnostic test results, in accordance with the practice agreement or scope of practice guideline. They will also support the training process for MAs and other clinical staff. This provider will primarily work out of the West Ashley location. CENTA's Advanced Practice Providers help promote and maintain patient health by providing better care in every sense.
Requirements
- Must be able to treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Must be a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Responsibilities
- Evaluating new and established adult and pediatric patients
- Evaluating and treating patients on the basis of medical history, physical examination, radiological, laboratory, and other diagnostic test results pursuant to the practice agreement or scope of practice guideline
- Supporting the training process for MAs and other clinical staff
