About The Position
One Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at our Chinook/Harlem clinics. If you're passionate about rural health care and want to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community, this is the opportunity for you! As a PA or NP at One Health, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated health services, conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. You will also educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs. Requirements
- Licensed in Montana as a PA or FNP
- Registered or registry-eligible with the DEA
- Valid driver’s license
