About The Position
Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the Springfield, MO area. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers within a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is part of one of the nation's fastest-growing urgent care networks and involves working in modern, provider/patient-friendly centers equipped with imaging, labs, and an advanced EMR fully integrated with Mercy (Epic). The role includes collaborative and supportive staffing with Rad Techs and highly trained Medical Assistants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required for Physician Assistants
- Master's Degree required for Nurse Practitioners
- 2-5 years of post-residency clinical experience required
- Minimum 18 months experience in applicable practice setting required
- National Certification
- Active state medical licensure (ANNC or AANP)
- Work experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room setting
Nice To Haves
- Adult and pediatric practice experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art centers.
- Utilize advanced clinical training.
- Perform applicable office procedures including but not limited to suturing, splinting, etc.
