About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our radiology team in a hospital-based setting. This part-time role involves monitoring patients receiving contrast, assessing for adverse reactions, and providing timely clinical intervention. You will collaborate closely with radiology technologists and imaging staff to support safe and efficient patient flow, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established clinical protocols.
Requirements
- Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in the state of New Jersey required
- NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants or national board certification for Nurse Practitioners required
- BLS certification required
- Strong vascular access/IV placement skills required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior radiology, outpatient imaging, infusion, urgent care, or procedural experience preferred
Responsibilities
