About The Position

An established multidisciplinary practice in Houston, Texas, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner to provide integrated care for patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain. The position involves hands-on procedures, including joint and trigger point injections, PRP, and other injection therapies. The practice has served the community for more than 20 years and collaborates to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to an active lifestyle.

The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, with Friday office hours ending at noon. Compensation is $60–$75 per hour, or approximately $125,000–$156,000 annualized, depending on experience, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Requirements

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Nice To Haves

• Injection experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in orthopedics, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), sports medicine, or pain management is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain.
• Perform joint and trigger point injections.
• Administer PRP and other injection therapies.
• Review imaging, laboratory results, and medical records.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients about treatment options and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and support staff.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
