About The Position

Join Reno Orthopedic Center (ROC) as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on our newly established Pain Management team. This role focuses on providing patient care in a clinic setting, with the potential to assist in pain management procedures after onboarding. ROC is a physician-owned organization committed to excellent orthopedic care, featuring the region's only Institute for Musculoskeletal Health. The team emphasizes quality patient care and a collaborative, team-oriented environment. ROC is expanding its services to include vascular and pain management in 2026.

Requirements

• Active Nevada professional license with no license restrictions (PA-C or APRN).
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified to see patients of all ages (FNP).

Nice To Haves

• Experience practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider, especially in a related specialty area or setting.
• Two years of experience working as a PA/NP in an orthopedic hospital/clinic setting.
• Travel may be required based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in a clinic setting at the Main Reno downtown location.
• Travel to the Carson City clinic approximately 4 days per month.
• See an estimated 20 patients per day.
• Potentially assist in pain management procedures after onboarding.
