About The Position

UPMC Primary Care of Central PA is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to support Littlestown Primary Care. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited CRNP or PA program
3+ years of Primary Care Experience
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
Ability to work collaboratively, provide personalized patient care, and demonstrate clinical outcomes.
Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
Current state RN license and CRNP certification are required (for CRNP)
Current state PA license certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required (for PA)
Current CPR certification is required
Act 33 Clearance will be required
Act 73 Clearance will be required
Act 34 Clearance required
Minimum 3 years of experience or Completion of a post-graduate residency (for Senior Level)
ACLS or ITLS or NALS or PALS or ACLS or other certifications listed must meet AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

BSN, MSN is preferred (for CRNP)
Professional nursing experience and/or nurse practitioner experience is preferred (for CRNP)
BS or MS candidate is preferred (for PA)
Experience as a physician assistant and/or experience in a clinical setting is preferred (for PA)
