About The Position
OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience for a part-time position, 2 days/week, serving communities in the Arlington, TX area. OnSite Dermatology is a national organization providing mobile dermatology services to seniors in retirement communities and nursing homes, specializing in the detection and treatment of various skin conditions. The role involves diagnosing untreated skin cancers and treating patients who might otherwise lack access to dedicated dermatology care. The practice is described as innovative, fast-growing, and offering more autonomy than traditional settings, with a fully staffed back office for administrative support and a cloud-based, dermatology-specific EMR.
Requirements
- 1-year medical dermatology experience required.
- Valid state PA or NP License.
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders.
- Conduct full body skin exams.
- Perform biopsies.
- Perform cryotherapy.
- Perform ED&C (Electrocautery and Destruction).
