Eden Health Club is seeking an experienced provider to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will provide comprehensive wellness and aesthetic care while helping lead our medical team. This role blends functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight management, regenerative medicine, and advanced aesthetic procedures into one rewarding position. You'll perform comprehensive consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee patient outcomes, and collaborate closely with our physicians and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements

  • Current Colorado Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  • Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing GLP-1 medical weight loss patients.
  • Experience managing hormone replacement therapy (pellet therapy experience preferred).
  • Experience with peptide therapies and wellness medicine preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience.
  • Five or more years of aesthetic experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience performing Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and dermal filler treatments.
  • PDO thread lift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques.
  • Excellent consultation and patient communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term patient relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
  • Commitment to continuing education and evidence-based medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive wellness and aesthetic consultations.
  • Diagnose, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage patients receiving GLP-1 weight loss therapies and metabolic optimization programs.
  • Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women.
  • Prescribe and monitor peptide therapies and other longevity-focused treatments.
  • Perform neurotoxin injections including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin.
  • Perform advanced dermal filler treatments utilizing Allergan, Galderma, and Merz product lines.
  • Perform PDO thread lift procedures.
  • Participate in regenerative medicine services including PRP and biologic therapies.
  • Collaborate with fitness, nutrition, and recovery specialists to create comprehensive wellness plans.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and long-term health optimization.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
  • Monitor patient outcomes while maintaining exceptional patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a clinical leader and mentor to the medical team while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
