Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
Minimum of 2 years of Physician Assistant experience
Current NYS licensure
NCCPA certification
DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) registration number
ACLS/BLS certification
Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Nice To Haves

Neurology experience preferred
Critical Care experience preferred
Critical Care experience desired

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of care for patients on the neurology team, including management of complex neurocritical care patients and responding to neurological emergencies.
Support Neurology coverage at the hospital.
