About The Position

This is a critical care position. Candidate should have invasive procedural skills and invasive and non-invasive respiratory support experience. Under the general or direct supervision of the Physician-In-Charge or designee, the Physician's Assistant (PA) will perform the following duties and be further guided by the specific Delineation of Privileges. Requirements

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the clinical aspects of patient care at a level normally acquired through completion of an approved Physician's Assistant Program culminating in a Bachelors degree of Science.
Three to five years of previous work related experience.
Licensure as a Physician's Assistant by the State of New Jersey.
Analytical ability to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of scientific or technical principles, theories and concepts and in-depth experienced-based knowledge.
Ability to develop and write instructional/training materials, prepare detailed assessments of patient referrals, conduct individual or group therapy sessions, or perform other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skill.
Direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients.
