Physician, Anesthesiology Per Diem (Tracy, CA)
About The Position
Gould Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist for a part-time, per diem opportunity in Tracy, CA. This is an all-physician anesthesia department with no CRNAs. The practice provides exceptional anesthesia care across a wide spectrum of surgical cases, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Gastroenterology, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, and Pain Management, with a light OB service. The department is comprised of over 30 highly trained, collegial partners. The primary location is Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, a 77-bed acute care hospital. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and service-oriented environment committed to high-quality care.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, and service-oriented working environment committed to high quality care
Nice To Haves
- Experience with robotic surgeries (robotic and bariatric, robotic prostatectomies and robotic nephrectomies)
- Experience with ~400 deliveries per year (Light OB service)
- Experience with occasional healthy pediatrics
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care to a wide spectrum of patients.
- Manage a broad case mix including Ortho, General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Gastroenterology, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, Pain Management, and light OB.
- Work collaboratively with a skilled group of surgeons.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, service-oriented working environment.
- Contribute to a high-quality care standard.
