About The Position

At St. Luke’s, we believe exceptional care begins with an environment that supports our clinicians—valuing their strengths, experiences, and perspectives to deliver outstanding, patient-centered care. We are currently seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our established and collegial team in beautiful Twin Falls, Idaho. The selected physician will join the exclusive contracted anesthesia group for St. Luke’s Magic Valley Hospital, providing oversight and leadership within a collaborative care-team model alongside a large, experienced CRNA group. The Practice includes a full care-team environment working collaboratively with 30+ experienced CRNAs, a broad and interesting variety of cases (no cardiac or neurosurgery), and strong, engaged hospital leadership. The daily schedule averages 8–12 hours, with call being 1:6 with post-call days off built in. This schedule is designed to be busy yet sustainable, allowing time for life outside the OR. Physicians benefit from modern operating suites, advanced technology, and integrated support through technology – enabling them to spend more time on meaningful patient care and less on administrative burdens. St. Luke’s is nationally recognized by the American Medical Association's Joy in Medicine program for reducing burnout and boosting clinician well-being, and leads in team collaboration, professional growth, and shared decision-making.
