About The Position

The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) serving the medically underserved in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. With more than 500 staff across multiple clinic sites, we deliver a full continuum of care — including primary care, psychiatric care, and one of the most comprehensive substance use disorder programs in the region. Our SUD services include medication for addiction treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient counseling, peer support, harm reduction (including single-use supply distribution), case management, overdose prevention, and workforce development. In 2024, we opened the Glick Crisis Center — a first-of-its-kind model in Cleveland co-locating psychiatric crisis stabilization, addiction withdrawal management, and low-barrier outpatient addiction services under one roof. Our Rosary Hall withdrawal management unit (ASAM Level 3.7 Medically Monitored) is housed within this facility and provides therapeutic, recovery-oriented care for individuals in acute substance withdrawal. Per Diem opportunities available.
