About The Position

ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to support therapists and patients at its Estrella Mountain Ranch clinic in Goodyear, Arizona. The role assists with exercise treatments and equipment setup according to therapists’ plans of care, while also helping maintain patient records, clinic organization, and a positive patient experience. The technician may provide customer service and administrative support, including phone coverage, referrals, visit pre-authorizations, front desk tasks, and billing support. The position is PRN and in person.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments based on the therapist’s plan of care.
• Set up and assist patients with equipment, including machine weights and aerobic conditioning devices, as part of personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, marketing materials, and patient information.
• Keep the therapy area tidy, follow cleaning protocols, and organize the area when patient assistance is not required.
• Answer phones, take referrals, pre-authorize visits, and provide front desk or billing support as needed.
• Assist other clinics or departments as necessary and remain flexible in supporting the team.
