Requirements
- Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BA or BS degree.
- Three years of experience as a practicing physical therapist.
- Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of the state.
- Obtain BCLS for healthcare provider certification upon hire and maintain current certification.
