About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 30 hours per week with no weekend rotation. The PT provides rehabilitation services to residents in a senior living and rehabilitation community, helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence following illness, injury, or surgery. The role works alongside an experienced rehab team in a supportive therapy environment.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the appropriate state.
- Graduated from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT program.
- New graduates are not accepted for this role.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or senior living settings.
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Familiarity with Net Health E-Doc documentation systems.
