About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 40 hours per week with weekend coverage as needed. This is a permanent placement opportunity in a SNF/ALF setting. The PT will provide rehabilitation services to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong care planning skills
- Strong documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing
- Experience in assisted living
- Experience in rehab settings
Responsibilities
