Requirements

• Insurance-knowledgeable. Deductibles, copays, authorizations, and benefits don’t scare you.
• Love puzzles and problem-solving. You notice inconsistencies, ask good questions, and enjoy figuring out why something doesn’t add up.
• Want ownership, not micromanagement. You take pride in running your clinic’s front desk like a well-oiled machine.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure but you can also talk to people like a human.
• Care about doing things the right way, not just the fast way.

Responsibilities

• Owning the entire front-of-house operation for your clinic
• Verifying insurance benefits and authorizations accurately
• Confidently explaining financial responsibility to patients
• Scheduling patients strategically to support clinic efficiency
• Managing patient flow, arrivals, and communication
• Identifying errors, trends, or issues before they become problems
• Collaborating with providers and leadership to keep the clinic running smoothly
