Reporting to the Senior Director of Physical Therapy, the Physical Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for the daily operations and performance of the clinical staff. The PT Clinic Manager will perform direct patient care 80% of their time, including orthopedic physical therapy evaluations and treatments, as well as lead the Wilton Physical Therapy team in the mission of ONS.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed to practice in CT
  • CPR Certification
  • Requires 2+ years managerial experience

Nice To Haves

  • Practice Specialization preferred; including, but not limited to: ABPTS certification, McKenzie Certification, Vestibular/Concussion Certification, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the patient care duties assigned to a licensed physical therapist including evaluations, formulating and executing plans of care, issuing home exercise programs, and communicating with patients for effective results
  • Create and maintain a collaborative, engaging, progressive and patient centric culture
  • Collaborates with operations manager and onsite physicians for immediate and pending patient and operational activities
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and Senior Director of Physical Therapy
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving to achieve clinic goals and maintain operational oversight.
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise in the field of orthopedics, including advanced specialty in the practice
  • Responsible for cost effective supply and capital equipment management
  • Responsible for the recruitment, interviews, and training of new team members.
  • Responsible for staff performance, clinical quality, and mentoring
  • Responsible for clinic productivity, new patient accessibility, and financial performance
  • Responsible for customer service and maintaining a high level patient experience
  • Perform all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and reflects the mission and philosophy of ONS
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary
