About The Position

Arcturus Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Director to lead the clinical and operational performance of our outpatient physical therapy clinic. This individual will serve as the primary leader of the clinic, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, establishing clinical standards, and building a high-performing therapy team. The Clinic Director will divide their time between patient care and leadership responsibilities, maintaining an active but manageable patient caseload. In addition to treating patients, the Director will help coordinate daily operations, support clinic growth initiatives, and assist in the development of new programs and services. This is a unique opportunity to play a leadership role in the launch and growth of Arcturus Healthcare's outpatient physical therapy division while being supported by the administrative resources of an established patient centered healthcare organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy documentation, billing workflows, and payer reimbursement practices

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Experience in clinic growth, program development, or new clinic startup preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within the clinic while maintaining an active patient caseload and supporting high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Establish and uphold clinical standards, protocols, and best practices across the clinic.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
• Recruit, mentor, and support Physical Therapists, and support staff while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including visit volume, visits per day, patient retention, patient satisfaction, clinic utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Support clinic growth by developing new programs and building strong relationships with referring providers, healthcare partners, and the broader community.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, coding, and compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements.
• Support care coordination with primary care and specialty providers to enhance continuity of care and patient outcomes.
• Support the overall success of the clinic through efficient operations, appropriate resource utilization, and collaboration with leadership on practice initiatives.
• Help shape the culture, patient experience, and long-term vision of Arcturus Healthcare’s rehabilitation services.
