Requirements

• Must have valid Washington PTA license that is in good standing
• Have effective communication skills
• Have strong interpersonal skills that motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses
• Devise creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders
• Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for patients
