About The Position

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Cypress Ridge Care Center Starting Rate: $52/hour Employment Status: Full-Time Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center About Us Cypress Ridge Care Center is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in delivering therapeutic services designed to enhance mobility, restore function, and support overall wellness.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
• Accurately document resident progress in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
• Educate residents and families on prescribed exercises and safety practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging therapy environment
