About The Position

Vibra HealthCare is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join their team at Vibra Hospital of Denver. This is a critical care hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you can get to know your patients and their families. The role involves assisting the Physical Therapist in providing Physical Therapy services, including treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication, functioning under a Physical Therapist and per physician orders.

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of experience preferred.
• Previous Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities
