Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments.
• Execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Adapt to the needs of the patient.
• Collaborate with peers.
• Make referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive.
• Put patients first, ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
