About The Position
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned company that truly understands the needs of home healthcare professionals. We are excited to expand our team and are hiring a Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) due to our continued growth and increasing patient demand. Our growth means more opportunities for our clinicians to thrive, and we're looking for passionate professionals to join us in serving the Mansfield residential area of Massachusetts. VRNS works with the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver Program, offering ongoing, consistent patient scheduling while still providing the flexibility and autonomy of home health care.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a supportive team
- Afternoon availability
Nice To Haves

- Monday-Friday availability
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes as directed by the supervising PT
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care
