About The Position

Baptist Home Health Care by BAYADA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistants to join their team in Fernandina Beach, FL/ Nassau County. This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis. Home health experience is not required. Requirements

Current licensure or certification in the state of FL
Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, OR two years of appropriate experience as an Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted, approved or sponsored by the U.S. Public Health Service when initial qualification occurred before December 31, 1977
At least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse clearance.
