About The Position
Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a talented, creative, and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join its rehabilitation team serving senior patients in senior living communities. The role assists with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated, on-site care team. It provides attentive, one-on-one therapy for residents, administering functional treatments with a holistic, patient-centered approach. The position offers mentorship, hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments, and opportunities to advance a career, pursue clinical interests, and develop subject matter expertise. The organization is a not-for-profit provider of personalized therapeutic care in senior living communities. Founded by and continuing to be led by therapists, Legacy serves nearly 500 communities throughout the United States and emphasizes innovation and personalized care. The stated pay range is USD $26.00–$42.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science degree in the area of discipline.
- Current license in the state of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
