About The Position
This role is for a part-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) within an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, Sprenger Therapy, which operates as the rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems. Unlike contract therapy companies, this in-house model prioritizes patient needs and clinician autonomy. The therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, allowing PTAs to focus on delivering patient-centered care. The organization emphasizes a culture where clinical judgment is respected, mentorship is available, and care decisions are guided by outcomes and patient needs rather than short-term volume.
Requirements
- Active PTA license in good standing
- Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision
- Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
