Our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision
- Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
