About The Position

Body One Physical Therapy is expanding its North Meridian team with a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Body One is a privately-owned physical therapy private practice with two locations on Indianapolis' north side. We provide unmatched, personalized health and wellness services to clients in an out-patient physical therapy setting. We have an immediate opportunity for a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our strong team at the Body One North Meridian clinic. We are open to discussing full-time or part-time opportunities with the right candidate. We are seeking a caring, compassionate provider who will embrace our patient-first culture, work with our PTs and marketing team to develop their own niche, and help us deliver the exceptional care we’re known for on the north side of Indianapolis.

Requirements

Associate's Degree, PTA (or commensurate)
1 + year of clinical experience
Current, unrestricted Indiana State licensure

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver high quality, individualized, outpatient physical therapy programs that are designed to reduce pain and discomfort and assist patients with recovery from injury and/or return to activities.
Review of physician referrals and notes regarding patient’s condition.
Collaborate with PT care team to execute each customized plan of care to achieve optimal outcomes based on the specific patient’s medical needs, goals, and ability to restore function.
Provide patients with necessary education on conditions, expectations, limitations, HEP, etc.
Support treatment with timely documentation utilizing EMR software.
Develop and promote programming that improves the wellness of our patients and our community.
Partner with our Marketing Director to develop and advance their own niche practice, forge strong relationships with internal and external referral sources, and contribute clinical expertise to our overall marketing plan.
