We are excited to announce our new IN-HOUSE Rehabilitation Program offering advanced treatment technologies and interventions provided by our professional and highly skilled IN-HOUSE PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL & SPEECH Rehabilitation Therapists. It is our goal to DELIVER excellent post-acute care rehabilitation experiences to every patient entrusted to our care. We need your help to complete our team and together we will DELIVER exceptional care and clinical outcomes. Requirements
- PTA -Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas
- Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred
- Experience with EMR
- Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
- Love flexibility that allows you to do your best work while enjoying great quality of life
- Has a passion for therapy and teaching
Responsibilities
- Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
- Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
- Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
- Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members
