About The Position

Provides various treatment programs and procedures in collaboration with supervisor and other staff therapists.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program for physical therapy assistants.
  • Current PTA licensure to practice in Pennsylvania.
  • Meets the American Heart Association’s standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renews BLS every two years.
  • Demonstrates maturity to function independently, organize work and set priorities appropriately.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of two years experience in the field or one year experience working in a physical therapy department of an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

  • Provides various treatment programs and procedures in collaboration with supervisor and other staff therapists.
  • Supervises PTA students.
