About The Position

Renew Wellness is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join their patient-focused clinic that emphasizes health, wellness, and prevention. The company is privately owned by physical therapists and provides one-on-one treatments for outpatient musculoskeletal injuries, sports performance, preventative care, and maintenance. Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active state licensure
• Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal clinical skills
• Passion for performance, prevention, and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with growth ambition

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as dry needling, cupping, BFR, or other manual therapy specialties are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver skilled manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Monitor and progress patients toward functional goals
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
