About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for their outpatient setting in Goodyear, AZ. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community, providing care in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinic settings. The position emphasizes a patient-centered approach and allows for significant flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN employment. Requirements

Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends.
Treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
Improve the lives of seniors.
Showcase outgoing personality and business skills by helping market the clinic.
Perform own scheduling.
Work independently.
Provide patient-centered care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for best patient care.
