About The Position
The Center for Disability Services is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant for its clinical team at 314 South Manning Blvd. in Albany, New York. The organization provides programs and services for individuals with disabilities and strives to offer an integrated health care practice. The Physical Therapy Assistant will collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, families, and/or treatment teams to provide individualized therapy services to the individuals supported.
Requirements
- Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- Active New York State licensure in good standing.
- Ability to work with a team to collaborate and care for the whole person.
- Knowledge of and ability to effectively use an electronic medical record (EMR).
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience is helpful; new graduates will also be considered.
