Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license and credentials.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and/or acute care.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
- Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients’ needs and capabilities.
- Travel to nearby centers as needed.
