They are expanding their team and are hiring a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) due to continued growth and increasing patient demand, serving the Stoughton residential area of Massachusetts. Requirements

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Be comfortable working independently while still being supported
Afternoon availability

Nice To Haves

EMR experience
Home health experience

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes as directed by the supervising PT
Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care
