This role is for a part-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) within an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, Autumn Aegis in Lorain, OH. Unlike contract therapy models, this position emphasizes patient-centered care with protected therapy time and clinician-led support. The focus is on delivering meaningful care that changes lives, with a stable, family-oriented culture where leadership is accessible and care decisions are guided by outcomes and patient needs.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision
- Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
