Physical Therapy Assistant
About The Position
Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in St. Charles, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri offering one consistent location, supportive leadership, and reasonable productivity expectations. The role involves assisting in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care. The PTA will work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals, collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team, and document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards using current equipment and modalities.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is a plus
