About The Position

Sprenger Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-house therapy at Rose Lane Health and Rehab in Massillon, Ohio. Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, a third-generation, family-owned senior living organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and South Carolina. The organization emphasizes clinician-led and clinician-supported care, protected therapy time, respect for clinical judgment, mentorship, and patient-centered decisions guided by outcomes and patient needs rather than short-term volume. The PTA provides skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision and supports treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression. Care focuses on mobility, strength, function, and safety, with collaboration across the interdisciplinary care team and clear, efficient documentation. New graduates are welcome, with mentorship provided from day one. The position is listed as PRN.
