About The Position
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Part Time (Home Health) in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role offers a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits, with pay ranging from $37-$40 per visit. VRNS is a growing, clinician-owned company focused on supporting home healthcare professionals and providing excellent patient care. The company is expanding its team due to increasing patient demand and is looking for passionate PTAs to serve the Springfield residential area. VRNS is unique in its work with the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver Program, ensuring consistent patient scheduling while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.
Requirements
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) licensed in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Be comfortable working independently while still being supported
- Afternoon availability
Nice To Haves

- Monday – Friday availability
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes as directed by the supervising PT
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care
