About The Position

A Part-Time (24 hours - 3 days a week) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in the sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Norwell, MA. The role requires working any three days a week, with one consistent weekend day. The facility features a large rehab gym, a friendly work environment, and aims for great patient outcomes. New graduates with Level 2 SNF clinical experience are welcome to apply, but SNF experience is a must.

Requirements

• Graduated from a 2-year accredited PTA program
• Hold a MA state PTA license, or be eligible for licensure
• SNF experience
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting.
