About The Position
Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Liberty, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 11 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
- Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
- Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
- Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
- Use current equipment and modalities
