Requirements

  • Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation and quality care

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support resident rehabilitation goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Accurately document resident progress, treatment responses, and functional outcomes
  • Educate residents and caregivers on safety techniques, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs
  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives focused on therapy program quality and innovation
