Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation and quality care

Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support resident rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Accurately document resident progress, treatment responses, and functional outcomes
- Educate residents and caregivers on safety techniques, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs
- Contribute ideas and support initiatives focused on therapy program quality and innovation
